Jamdani weaving is regarded as one of the most time intensive and advanced weaving techniques of the world. It involves a combination of multi colored threads woven  together using fine hooks called 'Kandul' and run through a loom called 'tant' to create some of the most beautiful patterns. The process is complicated and can take hours.
